You get to select the exact cuts you want for your beef. You’ll receive the maximum number of cuts for the size of beef you select. Our pasture raised beef is dry-aged for a minimum of 14 days prior to processing.
 
Our current price per pound is $8.75. The average price of a quarter cow is roughly $800. Your cost may vary based on the weight of your beef. We sell our bulk beef on a first-come, first-served basis and encourage you to reserve your beef early so you don’t miss out.

Please Note: Our butchers require each Quarter Beef order to match with another (identical cuts selected per order) as they process the animal in halves to keep processing fees as low as possible. We do everything possible to match your Quarter Beef order with another customer’s Quarter Beef order so you get the exact cuts you want but some variance may occur.
